Welcome in cycling life

I was yesterday again in the nice track of Aigle (Switzerland) with friends for a training. I like there, when I enter, there is a special smel which gaves me many remembers...some good, some bad. Anyway I was happy on the trck yesterday and we will go back again next week for a relay team race of 24 hours...wooo

Yes!!!it's really in the center of Tokyo,haha,funny right?What a nice city^^I had good time there and now I prepare the last race for this year. It will be a track event of 24 hours by team of 5 cyclistes in Aigle in Switzerland. We said we will do it for fun, but is it possible to make a race like that for fun???

woo, suddenly the cold weather arrived very fast!!!! I will have some vaccation soon then start winter training after it...But this year I plan to go to Dubaï in february...for hunt the sun!

After my office's time, I had a nice training with a warm sun under me.I was simply happy and felt in peace. That moment was good, I like that...

7th september : After packed all my bags and bikes in car, I made the long drive for go to Somma Lombardo, the town of my hotel for world championship. The drive was better than last time and after arrived and took my room, I made a training with Laurent, one othet guy of national team.The weather was great but so many cars on road...

8th september : We made a training on the road of the championship in the town of Bogogno, it will be a difficult race and the 2 last corners in downhill are really difficult and dangerous for me. We had lunch then had a drink in another town....

9th september : My birthday, just a small training and gone to visit the town of Varese. Guys of team sing to me happy birthday

10th september : Time trial World championship. I was really relax as it was not my goal. I finished 12th but really not far of 12th place. Not good, not bad, but I had good legs in the hill. As it will be the same in road race, I hope I will be good.After tat, we had dinne rin Milano in the Dome place.

11th september : Funny training in morning with Laurent and David in morning then we had a coll afternoon close of a lake and realaxed

12th september : Road race world championship. Start was at 4.00pm. I read a book in morning fo relax then I was in start, justthe good stress and really motivate.I was in first group but it was too fast for me and I couldn't follow them...I finished 5th...After that, we ata a big pizza and gone to club

13th september : I have nothing more to do in Italia, feel a little empty maybe. I gone back home...
