Yesterday, during my two trainings, I realize how much I'm lucky to live in Vittel. The air is very fresh, the nature is beautiful and trainings roads are nice. Cycling is something really nice, you can feel the wind and see beautiful morning sun, I really like that. I think it's something very important in life. When you live in big city, you don't have that. Can I live in a big city? I don't know, I think I need my freedom...

Already spring???

Amazing 16°c today in training, it was really cool to ride but I don't have good power this week, I'm little worry about that....

First race is coming....

Next 2 march will be the opening race for 2008. It's a race I know well, I made it many time. So it will be a good test as my winter trainig were not perfect because of some troubles. Anyway, I make the job well now and march's races will be for prepare the important races of april and may. It will be time to be good and catch my place for Beijing 2008. It's a long way for that...it will be full of pain, but I will do all that I can for go to China next september. First race is short race, around 56km but it's always fast so I will know more about myselft after it

Think....

Sometime you see the train goes and you dream to be inside, but it's not like that. Life is not nice everyday, one day you can be happy and one week latter it's bad...I still wonder if I will be good for my hopes and goals. I have to do well...yes, well
